Qualification: B.E in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3 years - 5 years
Skills:
Experience in packaging of Auto electrical/electronic components using ProE.
Good knowledge of wiring harness design and packaging including component selection.
Candidate is responsible for creating technical designs and documentation of components of Electrical/electronics systems.
Generating alternate design concepts using CAD systems.
Produces solid models of aggregates in pro-E, Pro Cabling, Pro piping, including circuit schematic and harness clamping design, Generates drawings and bill of material.
Must have hands on knowledge of on Pro-cable, drafting and assembly, detail drawing using Pro-E (mandatory) and windchill.
Must have knowledge in engineering systems and processes such as ECN, Work Request and A/R process.
Must have the ability to perform design calculations.
Must have knowledge of drg standards, Tolerance stack up, GD&T.
Knowledge of applicable standards, material selection, DFM, DFA, and DTC is desirable.
