Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
• Previously involved/lead understanding, analyzing and documenting of Client/User Needs
• Exposure to MicroBanking/Finance would be good to have
• Previously been in a Client facing role, capable of making presentations
• Good visualization, conceptualization, documentation and communication skills
• Innovative, Problem solving and Hands-on mindset
• Previous track record of Thought Leadership
• Some basic capability to write articles, product branding, marketing etc
• Some basic understanding on regulatory environment for Financial transactions

Role specific Attributes:
1. Product Manager – Banking
Core Banking systems, Savings, Loans, Deposits, Investments, Settlement systems
Payment systems – RTGS, NEFT
Host systems Interfaces, Central processing centres.

2. Product Manager – Insurance
Insurance business and processes Life, Health, Non-Life
Hands-on experience in managing / operating Insurance products
Knowledge of client sourcing, policy making, premium collections, claims processing.

3. Product Manager – Remittances
Knowledge of Domestic & International remittance business.
Previous exposure to Internet Banking, mobile banking, Credit Cards.
Good understanding of Remittance market.

4. Product Manager – Identity Bureau
Good understanding of BioMetric solutions and Technologies
Previously managed Identity bureau and personal data collection exercises.

5. Product Manager – Credit Bureau
Good understanding on Credit Risk and Modelling
Previous exposure to retail credit management (application, approval, disbursal and collections)
Exposure to Micro Finance / lending would be good to have.

6. Product Manager – Platform Technologies
Good knowledge of Smart Card, Point of Transactions, Mobile commerce, ecommerce,
Mass Banking technologies, etc.
Previous hands-on experience in building solutions based on these technologies.
